Pearson must really be bad in the field that Jay keeps running Caraway out there. We have 3-4 guys in the lineup every night that just cannot hit at all.

Caraway made no sense. Dude was a .250 hitter at Oregon St. it wasn’t going to translate to .300 + in the SEC.

It was how hot he got and how well he played in the postseason. But as we all know, that doesn’t always translate to the next regular season.

Biggest difference in pitching that I see.
