Almost the gap double we needed to tie.
I hope we learned a couple of things from this game.
If Coomes is going to bunt, show early and get it down at all cost.
Slaughter has time to look at the bag and touch the edge before throwing to first for a DP.

Yep, little things matter. May be awhile before PM beats UF again. Gap is widening.

Not really. The fact that we basically have nothing to show for the 2014 and 2015 class is what's evident this season. Can't have those types of classes and expect it to not show up. The classes coming are gonna close the gap, assuming the draft doesnt rip us apart. Cannizarro signs lots of guys who have no interest in going to school so hopefully we will fare better in a couple weeks than we did last year

Disappointing loss. Couldn’t get ahead and threw too many balls. Bad fielding. Worse bunting. Other team gives four errors. Just not a good team

Impressive performances by:
a) Hilliard, especially his awesome curve ball.
b) Coomers picking guys off at 2nd base.
c) Slaughter for hitting 3 balls with 1 swing.
