He’s trying some things, but nothing is working. Just seems like we don’t have a go to strategy or identity on offense.
The shifting has been awful for this team. Most of our pitchers are power pitchers. There’s not a lot of depth or versatility on offense, defense, or pitching.
We have beer league softball bodied boys that crack the lineup

The shift in college is fricking dumb because the pitchers can’t locate and you don’t have infinite practice time to get the infielders enough reps from every spot.
