I would not be. I also however realize this game has no bearing on how we perform in the regional.

I’m happy with the team and hopefully we can get some of the recruiting class in to fill some holes. Playing in the SECT lazy, unmotivated, and getting shutout and no hit by a rag arm is inexcusable though.

The pitching is mediocre though and the defense is one of the worst in the country.
All in all, we’re average at best for LSU standards.

They're just upset with your wording. It shouldn't embarrass you because in the grand scheme of things it doesn't mean much. However, it is a God awful performance. That doesn't mean they "won't show up for the opening game of the regional."

We are not any where close to how good they were. We don’t have the pitchers. That’s really not a good comparison.
