And here I am in GA, where everyone around me didn't realize that the CWS even happened, basically the complete opposite. I guess that did make getting last-minute tickets out of Atlanta easier.
ETA: Except for my uncle who went to Wake Forest, but he had some convenient amnesia by the 4th of July.

They showed Doering walking through the airport, warming up like a pitcher, he even got a "Geaux Tigers" along the way. He was a good sport about it, but the whole time, he was thinking "I hate this, Billy Napier, please help me."

I got bored and started watching the highlights. Got to the elimination game with tennessee and their poverty arse lineup. Caught something that I didnt hear live and Im belly laughing

It was my first time in Omaha, and I'm so glad it was with this team. I just had that feeling all year that this team could be special, and I had to be there to witness it. Turns out, I was right.
