Nice AB by Pearson. Would have been easy for him to be overly aggressive trying to do something with what has been fairly limited opportunities.
I’m really surprised he’s in the lineup at 3rd. I didn’t think he had slimmed up enough to play there. You don’t have to be a great athlete to play there, but you’ve got to be able to move laterally to your left and to come and get slow rollers. So we’ll see how he does when those plays arise. But damn, what a fricking hose he showed on that throw to 1st.
I think his offensive ceiling is significantly higher than Carraway’s. He just needs more ABs to prove it.

I have a feeling at some point this season Milams lack of hustle will bite us in the arse. MLB scouts also watching that
