Plate approach next inning.
Our righties need to look for that 90-92 mph fastball on the outside corner on the first or second pitch and go the other way with it. Lefties need to stay disciplined with the curve on the inside and lay off of it. Level swing. None of this bullshite loopy swing.

Injuries and over pitching.
Dudes used to throw way more pitches than they do now. Complete games were a relatively normal thing. I think we are obsessed with pitch count more than we should be now.
