They are simply not a well coached team. This team lost a ton from last year obviously but the talent still isn't suggestive of a bottom tier program in the league. Yeskie was a bad hire and our fielding and baserunning are a disaster.

White screwed up twice on the base paths. Should've tagged up on the deep fly ball to Center. Then he gets caught with his pants down over running 3rd.

Through 2 and a half seasons I have been very unimpressed with Jay’s attention to base running. We have done nothing to help score runs on the bases since Jay has got here, and this team continually kills rallys on the base paths.

Multiple things can be true. It was a good stop, and horrible baserunning on two different instances
I think the mistake was not tagging on the fly, he rounded third because the coach was waving him in and then put up the stop sign late.
