LSU 31 UW 9

I don't believe our defense is going to allow a TD. Yes it's a new scheme, but it sounds like it's a pretty straight forward style of defense. I also think our offense will be keeping the defense off the field with sustained drives. With the cool temps they should be able to go hard every down. I also don't see UW being able to move the ball through the air against a very talented secondary. So if they have to get it done on the ground, it's going to be a long night for the Hush puppies. They may have had a good recruiting class last year but I don't think they have the talent or depth to stay with LSU.

34-13 we roll coming into the second half but call off the offense after leading by 17. Miles later regrets not scoring more points when USC beats them by 30 and we are both vying for BCS points at the end of season.....

I think LSU beats them like little bitches. The starting unit doesn't even see the 4th quarter.

If we don't kick the shite out of them, we likely won't have the year that we are hoping for. It's as simple as that.

That's not true. On the road, with multiple new pieces, PAC-10 team (although admittedly a bad one)....we could win by only 2 td's and still have a great year. The improvement is game one to game two.

Maybe 3 touchdowns, but not two. This is a team we should dominate in every facet of the game, if we are really as talented as people on here insist.

Let's face it, to beat teams like Bama, Georgia, and OM on the road; we are going to have to be able to throw the ball very well. Those aren't defenses that are going to be easily punked by a power running game in their own stadium.

Jefferson is going to have to be a bigtime player for us to win the West, most likely. The thing is, I expect him to be really good, and that's why I think this game will be a blow out and why we have a chance to have a very good year. Everyone on here jacks off over our defense and says a young QB can't be good, but I'm still more confident in our offense than our defense. Now if McCray is not a starter, I will be a little more confident in our D again.
