Time to take the series!

Also, Dutton is an Alabama native, great to see him get this start.

Is Bingham hurt or just not playing because of performance related?

He's been a defensive sub the last two games. It's odd they haven't let him get a chance lately to come back and redeem himself. He's had 1 at bat in 2 weeks.

But Jay still loves the freshman Brown who is hitting nothing at all

We are trading Travinski's bat for Jake Brown's. I know Jay is obsessed with left-handed hitters and Trav hasn't been hitting the same the last 3 series, but really.... Brown for Travinski?

Yea, it's really unfortunate we can't watch Trav go 0-5 with 4 Ks again.

Regardless if this is a matchup move or not, Trav should've been on the bench a while ago. At least Brown will give you some speed on the bases if he gets on and he can't be any worse than what we've seen from Trav over the last month or 2.

Id like to see Dutton be as effective as he was vs Texas AM just instead of one time through the lineup 2-3 times.

I don't see that happening especially with them being so lefty heavily. Let Dutton go through once and then pull him. He's not a pitcher that has enough different looks to face a lineup more than once.

We have enough arms today. If Dutton gives you 2-3 innings, Coleman, Johnson, Anderson, and Loer may all be able to give you one apiece facing nearly all lefties. Moffett has been much better than he's been getting credit for so I bet he gets you 1-2. And you still have Ulloa for a spot. I hate using that many arms in college bc there's such a high probability that one of them is just off that day, but today I think that's the way to go

I can't imagine who you are talking about. On another note, did yall know that Kling is up to .176 in SEC play?

Can someone PLEASE slip Chris Stewart and the rest of the Gump TV crew each 2 hits of speed. The Valium these guys eat like skittles during broadcasts has most of us unconscious by 3rd inning

Just realized Brown is playing the field and Larson is DH.

That's interesting. I would have liked to see Pearson DH and go with a better defensive outfield of Larson, Kling and Brown.

Would you use the same lineup if you continued getting this level of performance?

For anyone saying Cam or Hurd at some points today, y’all have a stronger stomach than me.

Their mechanics were so bad last game, there was zero chance of them throwing a strike

Dutton, Moffit, Anderson and fingers crossed

Surely he will swipe 3 bags today, seeing as we have stolen the least amount of bags in the SEC since Jay arrived.
