Yep. There is only one person here that refuses to admit the funyon lady did anything wrong or shares any of the blame but 1% of people also believe the earth is flat so there's always gonna be somebody.

You’ve been arguing for 10 pages that Lacy deserves no blame in the collision.
Get the frick out of here.

Read the post i responded to. They said she decided to.

The lawyer looks bad for a few reasons... heavily cropped and edited videos, contradictions, playing it all out in the media, etc... Plus the locals all know he's slime.
Yeah giving off some slippin' jimmy vibes.

apparently, funyuns was posting on the socials in the weeks following the crash. she reportedly said that Lacy's insurance company agreed to pay her claim in full. but I think she scrubbed everything since then.

quote:I'm thinking a notch higher. Assuming this fool has it in him to even bear a child I wonder how he would feel about Lacy if it were his child that was killed in the car that was hit by funyuns.
Let’s take it up a notch. What if Lacy was under the influence?
If he was being honest with himself. I wonder if he'd still place blame on funyons and exonerate Lacy.

Id be mad about anyone tailgating and then swerving into oncoming traffic and killing someone because of it. It wouldn't have to be my child that was killed.

The originator of the event isnt exonerated. They are on the hook for reckless driving and passing in a no pass zone.
It wouldve been bad enough if funyons just rear ended the truck and gave the truck driver whiplash. By driving into a car in the other lane driving towards her she made it much worse.

And implying she willfully put her own life in danger in the process, while making all sorts of wild assumptions about her. And if he just keeps saying it over and over and over and over again, maybe it'll magically be real.
And for what? To protect Kyren's Lacy's legacy? That ship has sailed.

One thing I still find hard to wrap my head around is how the passenger was injured so badly from a ~40mph crash that impacted the left front corner of the car. With all the safety features in today’s vehicles that would seem unlikely.

She did. Thats what happens when you are tailgating. You are at the mercy of the vehicle in front of you.

I think we'd all respect you more and just said that you want her to burn so he can be cleared. You want this woman to rot in jail so a dead football player's dog shite reputation is a little less odious.
That's OBVIOUSLY how you feel.

You keep implying she may have just chosen to swerve.
thats something you keep bringing up to try as some sort of counter argument to her following too close.

Who cares if kyrie is cleared or not? Hes dead regardless.
The truth is in the crash. You dont swerve into head on traffic to avoid a car 100 yards away. It doesnt even make sense to do so. "wreck now in case you might wreck later" is retarded. If she didn't follow too closely to avoid the truck in front of her she would've had plenty of opportunity to get through unscathed.

It says he died because his heart gave out during surgery.

Because he saw Funyuns about to slam him from behind?

are you too stupid to read?
I'm not implying shite. I'm saying with my whole chest that you can't objectively define safe distance and you cant prove she violated that statute. YOU are saying that her swerving is proof. I'm saying that is retarded and illogical. Everyone swerved - gold truck, and even Lacy. None of those individuals were "tailgating" by your own admission.
Her swerving is evidence that she elected to swerve.
