would not be surprised if he still doesn't start at a major program for at least another 2 years

And I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes to auburn and wins a heisman

See, I can do this too

None of us know more than he does about the situation. It was his to make, let’s not pretend like we know what is best for this kid

that's fair.

still seems pretty emotional to do it so quickly, however as you stated.. we have no idea what went down or what he has been told over the summer.

As a LSU Fan I'm sad, But I Respect the guy a lot and understand his decision. Like any kid , he wants to go somewhere and play, but you can't play on the bench. In all Honesty, You really need to see the field in order to progress.

I mean, besides the ‘being soft’ part, he’s not wrong

Like Lindsey Scott? He’s struggling to be the backup at Mizzou.

Cmon man. You're gonna sit a year before you can play anywhere. By then who knows if Burrow goes pro, has an injury, etc.

Number of factors. If he waits too long then he only has one shot later on. Leaving now gives him 3 years and 4 games at anywhere that wanted to take him.

It's a great thing for him, because now he can go to an offense that is usually catered to a QB like him. Only "mistakes" as people have put, is that he didn't leave during the summer or spring. My guess is that somebody pushed him to stick even this long.

It's bad for us, but good for him. I like how people act like he's making a mistake, but I'm guessing he realized he wasn't going to start this year, so redshirting at another place (or going JUCO) playing in 4 games, or playing in a package here aren't that much different.

Anyway, best of luck to him, and this sucks big time for LSU.

Why is it emotional to do it so quickly? He knows who is starting, the playbook, and how he’d be utilized. Hell he may not think this staff is right for him.

How do you know he is “crying about not starting”?

You haven’t a freaking clue

I transferred as a college athlete

Now I transferred into Lsu so I guess that’s cool , just like Burrow

Unless they told him they wanted him to change positions, this is a stupid, childish, no-chest move and just proves that Narcisse doesn't have what it takes to lead a team anyway.

Soft as charmin. LSU stuck by him with his bum knees and he gives up as a RS freshman.
