Yeah because the type of roster and program you take over has no affect on you as a head coach.
Miles all of the sudden didn't win with Saban's recruits. A lot of narratives getting turned on their head just to shite on a lsu coach.

I'm not delusional at all... next year is put up or shut up. I just understand that the first 2/3 years of taking over a program are affected by the precious regime..... thats why saban lost 5 games in year 3 at lsu, dabo lost 7 games in year 3 at clemson, and harbuagh lost 5 games in year 3 at Michigan..... I guess those 3 coaches suck....

All of this is irrelevant... Saban's Year 3 at LSU was over 20 years ago. Rules were completely different.
....and btw, Harbaugh was 10-2 and in NY6 Bowl in Year 2. He was one game (loss to OSU) away from making the 4-team playoffs.

And Kelly won the west in year 1 and had a Heisman winner in year 2. And that's while playing an sec schedule... unlike Michigan that's gets to play 1 other program that recruits on their level.

ND has TONS of talent back and has been nailing the portal. ND will be fine next year. Unless you're getting a new head coach, you'll be back in the Texas Bowl next year.

The silence started this week after Brady Quinn went on a podcast (Two Pros and a Cup of Joe) to rail BK, thinking he was slamming him. He actually validated exactly what BK has said - that Swarbrick was a cheap f**k and didn’t want to spend money and he didn’t have the resources and support to win a NC. Quinn said after BK left the organized a collective, raised millions for NIL, built a new state of the art training facility , all the stuff BK wanted. And Freeman still came up short. You mean the HC that finished above ND 2 of the last 3 years? ND is still ND and that's why Kelly left....getting to the NC is alot different that winning one. That's why lsu wins NC and ND hasn't sniffed one since Reagan was president.
