The Tv guys often talk about how some kid grew up in the shadow of the hometown stadium but was not recruited, went to another school, and now has something to prove,
They never say, “This kid was highly recruited by XYZ and committed to them, but he broke his commitment and went to rival school ABC. So the XYZ kids really want to knock his block off.”
