I’m assuming by parking fees you mean parking passes? Why would that not go into the athletic department revenue?
What self generated funds would be considered as “auxiliary fees”

ULS universities do not have student fees for athletics.
Parking passes are directed elsewhere. But the university has hourly parking all over campus. Those funds cover the shortfall.
