So true. We don’t even know what we’re arguing about yet. We need to watch the games.

A win Saturday could end all the hot seat talk. Beat Bama, it’s back to being in the CFP hunt.

Not likely, but still possible.

Lucky for us, most recruits don't give up on a program/coach as easy as fans do. Even Napier was able to recruit fairly well even with him being on the hot seat for the last few years. He had a top 10 class just last year.

Also, as others have mentioned, the money helps as well.

If the season ends with 5 losses, the amplification of negative energy will surpass the current reasonability of him remaining another year/amount of buyout.

It will be intolerable and demand action.

None of that matters. If you don't have $60 million to buy out Kelly and his current staff, and then another $70 million to hire a new head coach and staff... It not going to happen. So quit asking.

Please explain why one of the premiere college institutions in the country doesn’t have that money… I really want to hear a good explanation why we don’t have that.

The coach is ultimately owed the amount in due time.

So please explain. In fact, I want you and everyone else here on this site that is so confident the money isn’t there to explain in full detail. Please.

And just because we would immediately owe our current coach 60 mil doesn’t mean they have to go all out and pay the next guy a crazy amount.

That's the big leverage the donors have to force a change. The HC is reliant upon them now more than ever for roster building. If those funds dry up, the coach is largely powerless to recruit.

Yep. If the donors want BK out, this is how they'll do it.

It’s substantially easier to keep recruits now. You may have heard about money

I've definitely heard of Bryce Underwood, Tristen Keys, and Emanuel Tucker
