This is patently false.
Arkansas has only occasionally played us good. A good LSU team vs an average Arky team is usually an LSU win, and usually comfortable.
We’ve won 8 of the last 11 and our average margin of victory is 16.5 points.

The disappointment level would be more akin to the Ole Miss loss in 1997 (following the Florida win) rather than the level following the Arkansas loss in 2007.
It would suck knowing the playoffs were out of the question (even if the SEC West could still be won), but wouldn't take away from the fact the team probably overachieved relative to the relatively low expectations.
2007 was soul crushing leaving the stadium thinking a team favored to reach the championship game going into the season had just blew its shot.

I'm down large on the moneyline. So yeah. It would sting a little.

Bottom line is we need to play like we’ve been playing like last 3 games, which IS NOT GUARANTEED. If we do, I think we win comfortably.

Under Miles or Orgeren, losing to Arky would be entirely understandable. However, Kelly is not either of those and I don’t expect the team to look ahead or be flat. Not that they can’t lose but I don’t fear this like I did before.
