First, it was Friday with the high chance of inclement weather. That has mostly diminished, and Sunday has become the day with the highest chance of thunderstorms. Craziness.

It’d be two 9 inning games on Saturday correct? They’d only be forced to play two 7 inning games if that day happens to be the last day of the series?

What are the likely start times for a Saturday double-header?

Somewhere around 1 & 7. Give or take an hour.

The game scheduled at 2 will happen. I would guess the second game would be at 6 or 7

Really never understood why we didn’t build a retractable roof on the new box

Lsusports.net shows first game Saturday at 1 pm.

Sunday game shows 12 noon but that one is likely to be moved to 5 or 6 on Saturday.

They probably won't make a decision until early tomorrow. I think Jay would be more in favor of a Saturday double header than waiting too long to see about Sunday. Not sure what Van Horn is thinking - he's a weird duck. I could see Van Horn wanting to keep the game on Sunday just to be a pain in the neck.

What are the rules for changing play times? Does MLB do this also?

Don’t care, just curious

lsusports.net schedule reflects double header tomorrow. So, it looks like it's true.
