Miss st will be better. So hard to say right now. Guys we are losing a lot. Don't be delusional

Fournette replaced by Guice
Beckwith is a huge loss
WRs weren't good this season.. small loss
Pocic is a big loss
Jamal Adams/Tre White are huge losses.. LSU always has good DB play

Most importantly.. we have actual talent stepping in at the NT position. That alone will be a massive boost to the defense.

It's going to take a couple of years to recruit OL and DL to where we can match up with Bama... thank LLes for missing the boat here for many years... 9-3

BYU - W
Chattanooga - W
Miss St - W
Syracuse - W
Troy - W
Florida - Toss up.
Auburn - Toss up.
Ole Miss - W
Alabama - Toss up.
Arkansas - Toss up.
Tennessee - W
Texas A&M - W

I could see us winning 2 maybe 3 of the toss up games

Will not lose to Arkansas. BYU will
Be tougher then people think. Only see 3 losses on that schedule and that's if we can't beat Auburn at home.

Florida - Toss up.. they lose entire defense, return entire offense
Auburn - Toss up.. they lose about as much as LSU
Ole Miss - W, they are a dumpster fire
Alabama - Toss up.. probably a loss because it's Bama. Their offense will be humming. Defense takes a huge step back.
Arkansas - W
Tennessee - W
Texas A&M - W

Realistic I think. 11-1 at best, 9-3 or 10-2 average, 8-4 is the floor.

A huge step back for them is still better than everybody else. If our offense doesn't make a huge step up, expect more of the same.

Dwayne Thomas too. Outside of White, Adams, and Thomas, our DBs have been pretty trash this year.

Jackson, KT2, Battle, Paris, Saivon Smith will be the DBs next year. If Jackson and KT2 don't make some huge steps in development, we are in big trouble next year.

I'm telling you now State is a trap game for us that early in the year and on the road.I had a pro scout tell me a few weeks ago that State might have the one of the two best offenses in the SEC next year just has to get the DB core corrected. We are going to be losing a lot and it will take some time to get everything settled so that is going to be a really tough game.

Considering 4 games are rent a wins and 2 sec teams on the schedule are usually garbage, 3-3 with the meat of the schedule is ok with the masses

I wonder what the standard will be going forward.

The argument against Miles was 75% wasn't that good because it was inflated by beating cupcakes. I see a lot of cupcakes on the schedule next year...are we going to accept 9-3 (75%) padded by cupcakes? And if not, will we end up being a job nobody wants to take because 9-3 gets you fired?

What is all of this love for Auburn? Their q uarterback play sucked this year. LSU will be at them next year. The year will probably lose to Florida and Alabama, but Ole Miss is a dumpster fire and what makes Arkansas so tough? Mississippi State could be pesky, but I think LSU finds a way to win a close game. Tennessee loses a lot also. I see LSU going anywhere from 8-4 to 10-2.

Maybe it is delusional to think LSU goes 11-1 or 12-0, but it is unrealistic to think LSU goes 6-6 at best. That means you think LSU will go 2-6 in the SEC. That is not happening. LSU will beat Mississippi State, Arkansas, Texas A&M for sure. They will likely beat Ole Miss and Tennessee and will beat Auburn because the game is at home. They will likely Lise to Florida and highly likely lose to Alabama.

I don't see them finishing with the same record as this year or better with the amount of starters they're losing. I'll say 7-5
