The entertainer and host of the popular "Hart to Heart" podcast is calling himself the "dumbest man alive" after challenging Ridley to a 40-yard dash and in the process suffering injuries that have him a wheelchair. Hart, 44, posted a video to his Instagram this week, telling his 178 million followers that during the failed race he tore muscles in his lower abdomen and hip abductors.

The mind is willing but the body is weak. I had to hang it up playing Sunday basketball at our church when the recovery time was 3-4 days. I was in my mid 40s then.

I found a video.

The ran it twice with Ridley smoking him both times and Hart jogging off at the end of the 2nd attempt holding his left abdominal region.

Hart is in good shape, but that is an NFL running back that has trained his whole life just to run. WTF was that dude thinking... Should have challenged him to a joke off..

Honestly, next to Ponamsky, Hart looks like Usain Bolt and Noah Lyles
