I'm guessing none today considering what the meeting is about

stay edgy though, it's a good look man

No agenda was posted and every other board meeting in the recent past has included racial agenda items so it was a good guess. I leave my question open for the next meeting which isn't focused on black male student-athletes sexually assaulting white female student-athletes.

Hush Blackwell Attorney is just talking about reporting and how not handling reporting correctly hurts the victim even more and undermines the trust of victims.

Leadership has been notified multiple times that Title IX procedures were unclear and that they never addressed the issues.

Will state again, LSU run by incompetent retards all around.
LSU has to be the sloppiest and most poorly run university and athletic department in the country. They leak shite all over the place and can’t get a handle on their illegal activities (which shouldn’t be going on anyway but I get it you have to compete). People need to grow the frick up, keep shite discreet and in house, and handle problems when they happen, not cover it up and hope it goes away. This is the norm at most other places. But LSU always airs it’s dirty laundry for everyone to see and it’s embarrassing as a fan and graduate.

I'm sure it's a funding issue

LSU has historically been slow in Title IX issues. Refused to hire a Title IX coordinator until 2016 and has been brutally understaffed even to this day.

"The errors made in athletics cases are the same mistakes seen in non-athletics cases."

Basically no evidence that athletes were receiving special treatment.

an important fact as it relates to this board. This is more about LSU not putting the appropriate resources in to their Title IX department, not some cover-up operation for football players.

Exactly.

This will be at the very bottom of the next USA Today article, though. If it's even in there at all.

They want to pin this on athletics because it's a sexier story.

In the scope of LSU athletics this is a good thing, but everyone will ignore it.

The title 9 dept is totally fricked though. As they should be.
