Just wondering who will replace Ryan Baker and Stefan Francois on the outside next season. Minter should start in the middle again next year...

Minter and Tahj Jones will probably be starting and hopefully Trevon Randle does some amazing things in the spring to work his way up otherwise we're left with Luke Muncie and co.

Jones has been getting a lot of playing time recently in the OLB spot. Then Minter in the middle and don't know who they're going to put in the other outside spot.

Do we see any of these young LBs coming in getting into the rotation?

I think Tahj Jones and Justin Maclin/Trevon Randle would your best bet.

Chavis loves to play so much nickel that you only need to worry about the middle and one decent OLB. That will be Minter at MLB and Tahj Jones at the OLB spot. He has come on this year and was better than Francois for sure and can be as good as Baker.

We have so much talent in this year's recruiting class (could have as many as 7 quality LBs, which is crazy).

It's going to be one of our strengths in the near future. And I think that includes 2012.

Should be Minter, Jones and Muncie with Randle and Barrow getting in the rotation a lot as well as one of the pure freshmen in this year's recruiting class.

Luke Muncie

What's wrong with Muncie? I think he's solid. He reminds of Cutrera but better.

I have always been careful when talking about true freshmen playing, but Torshiro Davis really is an animal and is already 6'3 230 per rivals.

Realistically Randle, Minter, and Francios

Maclin is listed as a DE on the roster...any chance he moves to LB?

That's a negative.

He will play SS next year to take over for Taylor.

I would think that Lamin Barrow or Luke Muncie would get the first shot at the third linebacker spot. I think Kevin Minter and Tahj Jones will be definite starters and then either Barrow or Muncie will get the third spot. You never know though. We have a lot of stud linebackers coming in this recruiting class. One of them might step up big time and get a spot.
