Let’s look at the QB depth chart

Myles Brennan So
Lowell Narcisse RS-Fr
We aren’t signing anyone this year.
I have my doubts McMillan stays so assuming that, we go into 2018 with 2 scholarship QBs. Even if he does stay, he can’t play in the SEC.
What’s the plan here? Because if history is any indicator, either Brennan or Narcisse will transfer after the 2018 season. Relying on another grad transfer?

Even if neither transfers, we have ANOTHER fricking hole in our QB pipeline..........which is getting tiresome

McMillan would have left already if he was planning on it. I think there’s a real possibility that Narcisse transfers if Brennan wins the job. That leaves 2 scholarship QBs on the roster and one isn’t SEC caliber.

But even if they don't.
This means that you MUST land 2 next year and they both better be capable.

We don't need scholarship QBs when we are getting those preferred walk-on qbs. Its the way of the future.

I don’t think McMillan leaves. I think it’s possible that Narcisse leaves if Brennan wins the job in the spring. That’s not based on anything other than the state of college football at the moment. It’s more and more common for young QBs to transfer.
