Let's be truthful about Les

People that keep saying words to describe Les as "stubborn" or "loyal" to his coaches don't get it. The more accurate words to use are "unintelligent" and "lazy". He is getting old and is set in his ways. He is not capable of coaching at the highest level anymore. Let's keep it real. He can't do the job. He is a fat cat. He loves his players and all the pageantry of having an elite job. He can't do what it takes and whatever fire he had burned out years ago. It makes me sick to the stomach that he still coaches LSU. Pay him and say bye. He will wink and say "See ya".

Honestly, he has never been a super detail oriented guy. The lack of clock management, coaches communications, etc. shows it.

This doesnt happen anymore often under Miles than its does anywhere else. Sports Illustrated just did a huge story about clock mismanagement in the nfl. This is a rant myth that it happens more under Miles. If you cared about other programs as much as you care about lsu their mismanagement would linger in your mind too.

Its time for Miles to go but there is no need to call the man dumb. That kind of shite should be beneath us. We should thank him for his time and send him on his way. Whether you like it or not that DUMB coach has had the best tenure in lsu history. Show some class.

As for as the unintelligent jibe, I'm betting that your degree (if one exists)doesn't compare with his.

I just think it should. Shitting on one of our most successful coach and calling him unintelligent just is a bad look. There is no need for it. As bad as everyone on this board wants to win i swear Miles wants to win more. You dont get to those levels of success in coaching by being ok with losing.
