If it has happened, it hasn't been pasted all over the message boards and radio shows like LC would like to make it seem to be. He's really not that big a deal. That was the point Les Miles was driving home about it. So maybe LC should quit giving himself so much attention and power as playing the role of the victim about something that didn't happen anyway.
It's not like the Baton Rouge community went on a slander campaign against the kid. If somebody mentioned it here or there, frick. Got news for you. People are going to talk about you behind your back, whether you're an athlete or not.

Collins is mad AFTER he committed to bama ,that LSU doesn't treat him the same? What does he expect ,he turned his back on family, home, over a girl, and by the way how is that working out? He is Tiger Bait! Recruits are free to make their choice, but their will be consequences that go along with turning your back on friends ,family, home, and they last a lifetime.

I didn't say that ALL OF BATON ROUGE went on a slander campaign. I said the vocal minority on this board makes the majority look bad. In what I wrote, Where the hell did you come up with that?

Landon's own mother literally said "LSU #1 Geaux Tigers" on national television right after he announced he was going to Alabama, and the guy is saying that LSU threw him in the dirt? LSU has no connection to him at all, and that's by his own choice, so how does LSU even have the power to throw him in the dirt? His own momma did throw him in the dirt, so maybe he should talk about that with his therapist rather than talking shite about the school that would gladly have taken him if he'd wanted it.

"He didn't have the chest to play for the Tigers". Please don't revive that Les-ism. IMO, it was embarassing that a fifty-something year old coach would denigrate a 18 year old athlete in such a manner because he did not sign with his program. BTW, the athlete that he did compare Gunner to as "having chest" although he chose LSU, he never played a down because he did not qualify academically. I guess he didn't have the head

Well, Les was right. What does age have to do with it? There are 12 year olds that have more heart and integrity than GK. I'd call them men before I'd call GK one.
GK turned out to be a complete flake of a person and has proven himself to be such at every opportunity. Kid has no integrity. Maybe when he learns to be a man he'll be treated as such.
