Lee is not ineligible. All Les said was that he wasn't going to talk about discipline issues (and he said it unconvincingly) right before he said "Lee's contributions would be very very significant in the next 2 games"

Its against the law to speak of a student's academic situation outside of certain approvals. Nothing will ever be admitted about a student's academics.

Again BS. I watched the Miles presser live and in color.
He was asked about Lee and stated he would not discuss ANY player as academics are a private issue.
Then went on to say that players are monitored constantly mid terms, papers etc and that this time of year there is extra emphasis to make sure players are doing what is necessary In the classroom.
Lee may indeed be in trouble but Miles comments in no way suggest he is in trouble and also said he expects Lee to contribute In the next 2 games.

And because the entire month of September I watched people like Cpt completely trash Jefferson and now it's just impossible that Lee isn't a saint either.
AGAIN, this thread was more to let people know that maybe there's something more to Lee not playing. Hell, people are still calling in to the talk shows saying Les is classless.
