re: "We wouldn't be here if it weren't for JL"

And why the frick should it matter to you, unless you are JL's mommy? We are 13-0. We could win a national championship and idiots like you would still not be satisfied with how Miles managed the season, because again you have chosen to side with an individual over the LSU team.
Because I don't like the level of disrespect that he is getting in favor of someone who deliberately hurt this team early on and acts like superman now. Its BS. We wouldn't have risked anything to put him in earlier in both games and let him do something meaningful

LSU was being discussed because it would have been a close "road" loss versus losing in your own backyard. Home losses= penalized more . That was the contention. Not sure I would have agreed with it, but that was the basis
Might be better if the camera was on the dudes head :rotflmao:

Meh, he's been saying things like this for a while, yet Lee hasn't played until the very end
Yup- but not nearly that overt. I'll bet both have a great game and they'll both be hoisting the crystal in New Orleans
For one, I'd love to see them on the field at the same time. I've been waiting for that all season. How cool would that be. The true JL and JJ haters will go away and it would be the greatest testament to TEAM we've seen all year.
re: Les pretty much admitted Lee isn't playing much due to an academic issue....

I don't think he would have said specifically the words "very very big contribution" and "next two games" if he intended to stay the JJ solo course of action. He was pretty explicit which suggests to me that the academic issue is behind us.
Damn- you guys are so caught up in the debate- you failed to see what Miles really said. He basically said it WAS an issue without implicating Lee. Classy move. THEN he proceeded to say "LEE has made a significant contribution and that his contribution in the next two games will be very very significant". Unless contribution means making the bench VERY VERY warm, I suspect the issue is over. Back to 2 qb's guys.

Video is on Lsusports.net under multimedia geaux zone. The opening statement is posted. Full press conference will be available there in about an hour

It's a fascinating development. If Lee is ineligible for the BCS Championship (if we make it of course) will all the whiners take back all of their bullshite?
Anybody got a link?
edit: I see one of the biggest tools on this site has made an appearance in this thread. Awesome.
Lee is not ineligible. All Les said was that he wasn't going to talk about discipline issues (and he said it unconvincingly) right before he said "Lee's contributions would be very very significant in the next 2 games"
Agreed...now that makes 2 of them. What I found interesting was when Les said "Lee has made significant contributions this far and in the next 2 games his contribution will be very very significant. Either his grades are expected to improve or Les is jerking his chain again. Who knows, the effect of both QB's bad decision making may be fading and we can see the best of both of them in the games ahead.

"The contribution Lee has made- and is about to make in the next two games will be very very significant"- WTF? So once again, we have a 2 qb system .. Jesus!!!
Les better stop saying he "enjoys" JJ...somebody may get the wrong idea :rotflmao:
i wouldn't call that a "duck"- pretty much implicated him on the grades...Now some of this makes sense.
Richardson? Lutz? What about JJ??
Posted by rchamp on 11/26/11 at 5:48 pm
Come on...no JJ votes for heisman?
looks like you already did!
An overrated cocky full of himself qb who failed in the nfl....hmmm....I'll bet I know who will be joining him on that stool in a few years!
re: Les/Tracy Wolfson post game interview - jab at lee??
Posted by rchamp on 11/26/11 at 2:27 pm to PrimetimeDaBoss
Tracy should have asked lea if he knew what the common theme was among the three qb that won national championships for LSU. That's probably why les is holding onto lee :rotflmao:
