For Adoption Awareness
They did this in Houston last year, Rod Ryan was a big part of it for those of you familiar. I think its a pretty cool way to bring attention to something like adoption.
Figured some might want to know about it, I heard it on the radio this morning.
ETA: Rappel, whatever I don't climb. Dicks

It's "rappel".

He isn't base jumping. In fact, I doubt he will jump off the edge, he'll probably back over it fairly slow.
All I know is I'm confident he has the chest to do it.
