Les Miles is such a bum, he was a nothing coach until LSU gave him an opportunity. LSU made him a ton of money and they had to put up with his foolishness. He made a mockery of LSU and made LSU the laughing stock of college football. He had no discipline, no backbone, and LSU recruited itself. He left LSU in such a poor spot that Coach O is having to do some house cleaning. Coach O is a no-nonsense coach who knows what he is doing, Nick Saban and LSU gave Miles his coaching record, the fact LSU could recruit itself is the only reason he won, he was an idiot. Couldn't recruit a QB, fooled with an offense and made it boring, he is a bum.

Canada will prove that strategy was the wrong one this year and I can't wait to see it.

I read an article a few days ago he was hired by FOX Sports and was gonna work with Danny Canell or something. Did ESPN swoop in and hire him instead now?

And I know a few weeks ago in a discussion with Rick Daddy that a quick check discovered that roughly 90% of his posts on the rant over the past few months were still directly related to miles

Jeez it's amazing he still has this mentality after it's proven 5 times in a row it doesn't work.

We haven't been able to beat them lately because they are light years ahead of us up front on both sides of the ball. Hopefully that changes soon
This is True, But it reinforces the point, you don't attack them at their strength.

The Art of War -- written by a much smarter man than Les Miles -- says the opposite:
Les Miles was arrogant and stubborn and I'm glad he's gone.
quote:
If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected.
Les Miles was arrogant and stubborn and I'm glad he's gone.
