"Attack them where they are strong. You have to make them bend."

I'm glad he is not the coach anymore. That strategy is exactly what Saban played into.

This is not a bashing Les Miles thread. I'm honestly excited for the LSU offense for the first time in my adult life.

Yep, that's what he tried to do, and he failed.

Bruh you tried that for 5 years and they beat that arse, the only years we were close was when we had a great passing attack with Juice and Beckham

It would work if we had a quarterback.

Look at the OSU game a few years back. OSU kept relying on the running game and trusted their quarterback to keep drives alive. Mind you, they did a lot of sideline to sideline and off tackle runs, but still relied on it.

So glad he's gone. Shame he wasn't fired at the end of the 2015 season.

Nobody can accuse Les Miles of being very bright.

When we lost by 21?

2012, 2014, 2016. were all MUCH closer than that game was. Once they figured out we couldn't stop Yeldon in 2013 they ran all over us. Happy Chavis and Steele are gone.

he is a fricking moron. he just admitted it.

Yeah lestard keep running between the tackles aginst 8 and 9 man fronts. Do not do any horizontal stetches to spread the field. Do not attack LB's in space. Do not drop it in between LB's and safties. DO not force LB's to fan out and safties to come up outside to help CB's. Do not counter over the top if they do that. or across middle.
Do not run any crossing routes over short to intermediate middle of field. mainly work outside the hashes with a sprinkle of deep middle every now and then.
Everybody will be even more pissed off with what miles wasted talent wise after watching what Canada will do.

Certainly there are very quality teams who plan to attack their opponents weaknesses. But when you have a want to achieve victory, you need to enjoy the opportunity to have circumvented the challenger at its high point. On the back end, your persistence may or may not prove fruitful but a group of young men will have gained the experience of competing at the highest level.

We haven't been able to beat them lately because they are light years ahead of us up front on both sides of the ball. Hopefully that changes soon.

yeah man our defenses sucked. The offenses were awesome! defenses should never expect to get worn down when shite offenses cannot stay on field or give scoring support!

What in the hell would he know about beating Bama? Running toss dives should have been the only answer that he gave!

Yeah it's always smart to "bend" a consistently best d/line and LB corps in the nation.
He will never get a job talking like this. Shows that he is stuck in the old school ways.

Congratulations. A new season to get excited about. A new coach to get excited about and you retards have nothing better to do with your time than to shite on LSU's former coach.

That's the exact opposite of what Canada tries to do. MC attacks their weaknesses.
