I too have been critical of Les, however it's things like this that overshadow any football game. Les is the best.

hat is your problem??? This thread is about Miles' wonderful gift to a dying kid and your hijacking the thread and acting like a total POS.

Incredible gesture coach!!! ? ? ?

Was directed towards people down voting. was just a lil amped up. But I already knew Les was a good man. Wish the kid and his family the best.

We can have doubts of the way Les coaches but there is absolutely no noubt that Les is a great man. I'm Proud to have him represent LSU.

Sad picture, but beautiful also. The disease has forced that young boy to "grow up" and face the sometimes harsh realities of life long before he ever should've been forced to do so.

I see wisdom in that boy's face, and a maturity beyond his years. Terrible, terrible way to gain wisdom and insight, though.

Prayers this morning for both the young man and his family. I bet he enjoyed the game. Great thing for Coach Miles to do.

This is awesome. That is the reason the ONLY charity I give to is St. Jude. Cancer is an ageless disease.

Miles is a great individual. I'd just like to point out that you can find stories like this around many, if not most programs. Not to take anything away from Miles. Just to say that people involved in CFB are usually pretty good people.

Character and Class has never been a problem for Les. Anyone can criticize some of his calls on the field, that's football, but no one should doubt the character of that guy....

Les's friendship for this boy is just what I've come to expect of Les, the man. So proud and happy that this young man came to Tiger Stadium as Les Miles' guest.
The cancer that struck this young man is osteosarcoma. Sarcoma strikes the young in distressingly large numbers. If you can, give to hospitals that treat these young folks.
