I am glad of this fact. If you don't like Miles you just have bad character. It is a lot easier to spot the scumbags, almost a litmus test to spot those you would rather just not associate with

No, I gave the man a down vote because of the sentence he wrote that I clearly quoted. You sir, are clearly the dumbass in this equation. Have a down vote and a good day to you, sir.

For me the money quote is:

quote:

Their starting quarterback, Anthony Jennings, is a true sophomore. His backup, Brandon Harris, is a true freshman. Their leading rusher, Leonard Fournette, is a true freshman. Their leading receiver, Travin Dural, is a redshirt sophomore, and the two guys behind him, Trey Quinn and Malachi Dupre, are true freshmen. In fact, true freshmen have accounted for 23 of LSU's 36 offensive touchdowns. The Tigers have played 17 true freshmen through the first nine weeks, the most of the Miles era.

Whether he's underachieved depends on a person's expectations. He took over Saban's program and lost 6 games his first 3 years and sort of backed into a national title after losing 2 games to .500 teams, one of which in the last game of the regular season. Since then he's averaged 3 losses per year and bama is favored to win its 4th straight against LSU. I wasn't there, but I heard McClendon got fired for losing 3 every year and routinely losing to Bama.

On the flip side, Miles has a higher winning percentage than any other coach at LSU (any one in the last century or so, anyway). He stockpiles good talent and sends them to the NFL.

It's subjective, but thought police gonna thought police.
