Les lets LSU keep the last $5 mil. But what can you really get with $5 mil?

Double his current $400 salary

SE steps down and goes back to TEs, keeps current pay.
O saves face bc SE stepped down, not fired
LSU releases Sullivan ($450k this year)
LSU off hook from LES
O can double KBriles pay
LSU is still saving over a MILL per year.

We about to RIDE

based off of current Malzahn/Fisher projections, looks like we could get 5 wins with $5m

Freeze - paid players to go the Ole Miss

Petrino - paid his mistress with university funds to keep quiet

Briles - Helped his father cover up years of rape at Baylor

If you guys really want to make sure LSU ends up with bowl bans and sanctions just to have a good offense then by all means hire any one of em

Briles is the only realistic one. We could pay him $2.5 million tops per year and he’d come

LSU could pay him $1MM tops and he'd be gone. LSU wouldn't need to pay him Aranda money. He's making $400k/year currently and still has baggage concerns. LSU paying him $2.5MM would be idiotic.

But it’s not like we had millions of dollars just sitting there for each of Miles payments. It’s only money that we don’t have to takeout now. It’s not like we have an extra $5 million just sitting there that we don’t have anything to use it for. It’s easier said than done to use $5 million on an OC

I’m not saying pay him $2.5 million but we could do that at the most and a 2 year contract. Realistically he’d probably get no more than $1 million a year for 5 years

LSU is one of the few programs that can afford a coach like Briles for $1.25M or $1.5M ... or even $2.5M, if necessary.

This move frees up LSU to pursue whatever OC the program needs to move forward.

Ensminger can get a $400k pay-out, and his $400k salary for next year. Orgeron can finally bring in a real OC to run the LSU offense.

I started the day shitting on LSU's offense. I'm finishing the day feeling a wave of relief.

I think this move frees LSU to make the necessary moves, baws.

They didn't even prove Art was involved. If he had been, he wouldn't have received a $15 million buyout. Don't be an idiot and quote fake news.

Exactly!

This works for LSU and CEO

LSU now has a shorter leash on CEO, his ridiculous buyout is still ridiculous, but easily paid now.

CEO cant afford to let SE try to fix offense.

CEO can have SE step down and save face, Pay SE his money.

CEO/LSU can Pay KB whatever it takes to get him here

CEO will have a True OC.

LSU still saves money.

It's been a pipe dream but now it is very realistic.

They'll just use the extra money to give the current staff raises. Starting with Ensminger.

No he didnt

SO if LSU hires K Briles, LSU will develop a rape culture?

Kendal was cleared and has had a job ever since he left Baylor.

Petrino might be a shithead, but his programs never got in trouble with the NCAA.

Your conclusion is asinine.

Rainy day fund for eventually firing O after Alleva gives him a 10 year extension after this year.
