I have heard several ESPN hair dues mention Les as a possible UT fit if Saban turns them down. Couple questions.

1. Does he leverage this into more money

2. Is this a serious possibility

3. Who would replace Les

This is all assuming the worst, just haven't seen it discussed. I am just curious to what everyone thinks, not sure of his buy out but I know UT isn't worried about $

Bash way just starting conversation

Les should go if offered.

2 reasons

1- Great program and more $

2- I won't have to hear anymore Les is stupid and ruining our program.

So, ESPN hair dues... is this like, payment for Hair Club for men or something?

If he turns down his alma mater twice, he aint going to UT! Hes got a stable on steroids coming in over the next two years and theyre screaming crystal. Why would he want to rebuild? Drop it!

If your Les how would you feel:

1. Being second fiddle to Saban again.
2. The first time he has a press conference and starts his incoherent talk with that fan base.

I would love Les to come out and say that if they would have come to him 1st he would have considered it. But going to Saben 1st ruined that chance.

Miles isn't going anywhere dude and to think otherwise is pure foolishness.

1. Looking at other positions is always the easiest way to justify a raise at a state institution.

2. A possibility, but the package would have to be enormous, and not just financially, to persuade Miles to take it.

3. An up and coming mid-major head coach would be most likely to replace him. Not sure who is still available right now.

Unpossible. Flight tracking offers no such proof.

He wont get a raise at this point...hes already one of the highest paid coaches in the country.

He loves it at LSU....their not going to make an offer to him....they've got all their eggs in the Saban basket right now.

I agree a raise is not likely, but if LSU feels there could be a chance he leaves and they want to keep him they might pony up. His daughter is at UT.

I agree he will not be their first choice, but the OP stipulated "Les as a possible UT fit if Saban turns them down."
