Are yall going to beat us in baseball this year to?

I wish we'd play baseball too. Our team is going to be awesome this year, so I'm excited. Tech actually has a longer history in baseball than LSU does, BUT yeah obviously we pretty much just remained vanilla almost the entire time. I'm not going to knock LSU's baseball, because yeah we all know they're damn good. I obviously don't support them, but I respect what they've done in the past decade or so.

your top 3 scorers are all seniors and wont be back next year

Actually our 3rd leading scorer is a sophomore. He's a guy who can put up 20 points a game if we need him too.

Did you not see the team we had last year? And in 2006?

Ha. Good job. You were the most overrated team in the country last year. Which you didn't even make it to the Final Four. I thought that is the sign of a good season.

Congrats on 2006. How many other Final Fours do you have?

Yeah moron, we've beaten you plenty of times in basketball, and the first win our football team EVER had was against LSU, in RUSTON. There's no need to start running football statistics, because the fact is that we have played 3 times since World War II. The 2000s have been some of the poorest football for Tech in a very long time, so I concede that, especially since those were both of your national title years. However, we had to beat ourSELVES and play almost nothing but true freshmen who were on the scout team the week before this year to barely lose to you, so wake up. Just because you've pounded Tulane every year and ignored us doesn't mean anything.

What year did you last beat us in basketball?

What year did you last beat us in football?

Let's be honest, most people in Ruston don't care either.

Well ofcourse you wish they'd play in baseball. Tech would have nothing to lose, and in baseball anything can happen. Tulane beat LSU at home then got 10 run ruled in BR.

Actually, as a serious question, does anyone know any kind of site that has historical stats and records and whatnot for college basketball teams? I haven't had much luck finding one thus far. I haven't followed basketball nearly as much as I have football, and would like to find that kind of info. Some of my buddies could tell you the whole run-down of the Tech-LSU basketball series most likely, but I don't remember.

Hahaha! So funny man. We played a good game and lost to the national champions. So what did LA Tech do in basketball last year again? Did you guys beat anybody in the NCAA tourney? I can't remember.

I said longer history, not better. We've just had better facilities for longer than LSU did, until obviously Bertman showed up and started kicking arse. We've always had a team, but we've never been world-beaters. I don't even want to get into that, because yeah I 100% admit you guys stomp us hard when it comes to baseball right now. That's not to say we won't catch back up in that too, but what LSU's done in that sport in recent history is great.
