Imagine giving JD5 2-3 extra possessions on last year’s team. Yeahhhhhhh. Not even a stifling D, just enough to force 2-3 punts a game, which we couldn’t do.
Would have been 11-1 or 12-0 no doubt.

LSU's defense wasn't THAT bad (until the end) vs. FSU. Likewise, the offense wasn't that good vs. FSU.
LSU beats Ole Miss.
Alabama wasn't stopping LSU until the fluke INT and Daniels was knocked out of the game. State LSU to something like a 24-14 or 28-14 halftime lead and I think they find a way to win that game.
