LSU fan laughing at Auburn fans about crying about the refs is rich. Like the pot calling the kettle black.

This is hard to explain away more like it.

I still can’t believe we won this game. And even more surprising was how aggressive we were in the 4th quarter. Loved every second of it!

LSUGrad9295 thanks for posting. I have lots of Auburn friends and can't wait to hear their complaints about the refs.

Charles Hanagriff ? @C_Hanagriff

Somewhere in America, Early Doucet woke up this morning, got a cup of coffee, re-watched the last drive...and smiled.

Beautiful job Chuck

On the Jefferson one, I’ve seen that not called before. I was 100% shocked that the refs made that call in AU’s house. I thought there was no way in hell.

I was shocked, and VERY pleasantly surprised that call was made as well. I fully expected no call.

I mean, if the script was flipped and we got called for that penalty, I'd be pretty pissed. The first pass interference was more a hold than interference, but the second one I think could have gone either way. When I was watching the game, it didn't strike me as especially egregious, and I could have understood if the refs kept that one in their pocket...though I am glad they called it

You summed it up just right. Shake the haters with the downvotes, I think you nailed it.

these guys did this after an iron bowl a few years back. it's embarrassing. accept your loss and move on. sweated my arse off in JH 12 years ago when Doucet got mugged. this is payback.

I'd be bitching about us committing two PI penalties on critical plays, not about the refs for calling them.

I'll take you at your word.

But I guarantee you the vast majority of other posters on this board would be going ballistic - claiming the calls were terrible and the refs were biased.

Can't argue with that. Look at the way Gary Danielson is getting villainized today.

This is what happens when you are used to getting away with murder and expect to do so every time.

LSU needed every single one of those calls to win that game. We don't get one call right, we may lose. This has been the case AT AU for years.

No amount of bias toward LSU over the span of years will ever make up for 2006. That blatantly rigged game cost LSU a legit shot at a title that year.

Let's not forget 2004 when the great LSU Saban got screwed as well. Fortunately for Saban, he never has to worry about that again.

I feel like this year's game went a little ways toward evening the score, but it's still a lifetime net loss. None of the calls that LSU benefited from were egregious, or even wrong. The two from the 2000s that Auburn got were blatantly wrong.
