1) Haskins has been throwing to 3 5th-year Seniors and his favorite target (until injured this season) is his room mate of 3 years.

2) Burrow is throwing to a whole new crew. Takes time to develop timing and chemistry.

3) Over their last 3 games, Haskins threw for 64.2% and Burrow threw for 63%. And Burrow faced Bama.

4) At least 3 of Haskins' WR's will be drafted this Spring. Not seeing any LSU WR's drafted this Spring.

5) Yes, Burrow is every bit as accurate as Haskins. Stay tuned.

I think Burrow is better than he's given credit for, but two of the three games were against terrible teams. Arkansas is awful and Rice might as well be a high school team.

.
Nebraska (4-7) and Maryland (5-6)?

And the 3rd opponent for Haskins was Michigan State (6-5) - Bama for Burrow (11-0)

True but he still maintained that completion percentage WITH the inexcusable drops our receivers had.

I do think next year people will be seeing Joe a bit differently.

Sorry Mr. Burrow but give me Haskins. The guy who has 7 games with 300+ yards passing and 4 of 400+. Haskins has 7 TD passes in the past 3 games to Burrow’s 9 all year.

And he’d look like shite in this offense. Sorry, but it’s true. Every QB at LSU for over 10 years now has looked like shite. At some point the program has to realize its to blame, not the player.

C'mon man. Give Burrow those experienced NFL caliber WR's; that O-Line; and most important - one of the hottest young OC's in the nation (Ryan Day), and Burrow would equal Haskin's stats with ease.

Meyer has always said they were equal - too close to call.

Haskins is better than Burrow, and Martell will be too. Burrow is a good game manager
