This indicates illegal as in criminal. That's not what I'm saying. Many companies have been dragged through civil lawsuits over a boss having an affair with a subordinate. The power imbalance has proven to be more than enough to constitute a harassment type situation.
Can a boss date a subordinate? Yes, if they report it to HR and follow protocol, which often involves moving that subordinate out to report to another person. Lots and lots of HR/civil history here.

I'd like to understand the Lane family dynamic because
I believe it matters greatly...to the Head Coaches overall happiness. The greats all have a loving wife....who stick by them thru thick and thin
I do worry that Lane's playboy lifestyle. because if true he could absolutely end up like a Moore situation... Do you people think he's being fired because he was married? LOL
Sin can take it all away very quickly... Everyone should take note and not laugh about it
Does anyone have the balls to ask Lane straight up what is going on with he and Layla?
