Not a current Tiger so may not be worthy of a thread but had a PFF grade of 42 against Arkansas. And to think he wanted a guaranteed spot at Tackle lmao

to be fair, he is coming back from injury, that was first game back and he looked good early on. still was right move not to guarantee a starting spot and pay him more than campbell but he was good early in the season.

Just think there were people on here just a week or so ago saying BK messed up letting him go.

It’s hard for a lot of people to grasp in the moment, but losing attitudes like his results in a net positive for your team.

19 years old. He had the wrong people in his ear telling him that he should be playing NOW. Give him another year or two.

Against South Alabama Frazier had a 55 overall grade, Jones had a 56.4.

Against UCLA Frazier had a 56.2 overall grade and Jones had a 56.5

Against South Carolina Chester had a 46 overall grade.

Unfortunately those are positions he had no interest in playing.

I mean Jones is a tackle. I'm not saying we should have guaranteed him a spot at all, but let's not act like he isn't a good offensive lineman.

He’s a RT which according to the Heard family handlers is not a position he needed to play

Good run blocker, bad pass blocking

Too slow to get out to edge

why obsess over this?
he won't be the last to leave
lsu has a pretty good backup tackle in Weston Davis that could very well be on Aggies radar at the end of the year, NIL talks

From day one he was the slowest most unathletic lineman I’ve ever seen. WTF made him a 5 star, he stinks.

Has played his way into a 1st round draft pic . Wish we could’ve held on to him

There's a very good chance he doesn't become the player that you see today because he was playing behind others. He's a good example that leaving is sometimes better to get reps and improve your game.

I wouldn’t turn him down if he wanted to transfer back next year. Losing both tackles will be a big blow

We would, but HE'S the one who made the choice. Wanna get paid like a man? Act like man when you get criticized
