He probably just got confused with the 7 inning team, as that's the majority of what we have been playing.

I've felt like he'd get a start, maybe two, then go back to the pen. Having him, Ackenhausen, and Little in relief would be stupid good. We know Cooper can be a strong pitcher in long relief.
Skenes, Hurd, Floyd is a solid rotation. Give Shores midweek to keep him ready for postseason play. Cooper/Ackenhausen can eat innings if Hurd/Floyd don't have it. Little shuts them down.

Sat in front of Snells parents. He got a HR and single. Asked if he might be at LSU next year and the Dad said “can you make that happen?” :-)
