Unfortunately I was not physically present at LSU-Florida in 2007... and I'll never forgive myself for it :(
But for constant, unrelenting intensity of noise... LSU vs Miss St in 2000 when MSU had 'porkchop' whoever on defense and were leading by 2 tds heading into 4th qtr but we were beginning to seize control...
That entire 15 min 4th qtr and eventually OT was the absolute LOUDEST I have ever experienced. It never let up. You couldn't hear shite. We scored 21 in the 4th to tie it up and then won in OT.
To the folks who were there and remember it...
LSU-Ten in OT that year with the goalposts coming down wasn't close in actual noise level.

The Swamp and Kyle are the only 2 I've been to that can even be in the conversation.

When Cannon went by Jake Gibbs on THE PUNT RETURN, if you were listening on the radio you couldn't even hear the announcer talking directly into the mike. The crowd completely drowned him out. That noise was like white noise when your TV goes out. Only comparison I remember was Jones to Brad Davis with one second to go. Those were awesome.

pussy shite, lets burn down college town then leave

Those Aggies have no idea what they're getting themselves into by joining the SEC and talking this much crap.

When they blocked Alabama's kick to send the game to OT in 08 was the loudest I've ever heard it, and I've gone to almost every game for the past 10 years.

Have been on both fields during big games......LSU is louder. The Aggies do have this weird droning sound with the coordinated yells and it is loud, but its not the same as the pure emotion of passionate LSU fans.
Seriously, bias aside.....LSU is louder .....so is Autzen.
Sorry Aggies.

It's not louder, but they chant stuff all at the same time swaying back and forth so it sounds pretty cool. I will say that Tiger Stadium in the last 6 years is considerably quieter.

This - it may just be that since I'm moving into the old geezer age range I just can't hear as well as I used to, but it seems to me we've become much more sedate. The intensity was more consistent back a decade or so ago.
Regarding A&M, it is a loud stadium as the students do a good job of keeping up the noise through much of the game through the synced cheers and stuff, but when it comes to peak noise levels they don't stack up vs. Tiger Stadium.
However, I happily let them claim the nut- squeezing championship - No one believes it till they see it

Kyle may be louder, but only because all the Corps are yelling from "squeeze em"

Kyle Field
Kyle Field is all about Atmosphere, I could find no survey/poll/ranking where they were in the top 5 for loudness. Tiger Stadium, however, was in the Top 5 for every one i saw and #1 in many.

Aggie fans are a lot like soccer fans.
they do a lot of singing in unison, but it isn't that loud.
also, another way that aggie fans are like soccer fans is that they might be gay
