Did he say "Greg Nevis"? It didn't sound like Drake.

I listened to it twice and I am not sure what he said.

Good stuff.

Now we were able to see a minute clip as to why Miles is such a great recruiter.

Makes the posts on the Rant that claim that the players don't like or respect Miles even funnier. If you can come to a conclusion after a few video clips, I can see why all his players love him.

I'll add to this. Not because it's Alabama. If this had been LSU coaches telling him what the Bama coaches were telling him, I wouldn't have even given them a second thought about going there.

How full of shite were the Bama coaches?

really? the dude brought up character. a word he should never use in public. If I were a parent and he said character the first word outta my mouth would be ATLANTA

very full. real eye opener IMO. Again, some kids/folks like that kind of "selling" I guess, just not my cup of tea.

Miles talked about his own kids and his players. I've been a Miles lover since 05 but seeing that made me love the guy even more. Very impressed and I am PROUD that Les Miles represents my school and state

I don't think that's the whole thing, because on the first video they lead in saying... "Well we've taken a look at the days when you coached Jermauria..."

There is alot of great Christain feeling in that family. Mom calls Mushchamp after the signing. I pray for good health for her. You have touched your son's life and now he will touch LSU's life along with all of LA.

very! The guy who coached Julius Peppers and the strength and conditioning coach were just out there. Those 2 alone would have eliminated Bama in my mind had it been my son.
Saban was the only one who wouldn't allow a camera. Where did that get him?

I agree, Bama coaches played that NFL/money card way too hard for my taste. Coupled with the statement of their superior coaching I thought I wanted to bust out some wine with that cheese. Obviously Bama recruits well and many kids respond to that but I don't think that I would buy into that Kool Aid they are selling. I've been following Rasco's progress since 7th grade and after watching all four of those clips I'm even more of a huge fan of his than I already was. I really hope he does well at LSU both on the field as well as the classroom.

Notice how when Les is talking in that situation he's so relaxed? Not speaking in Les speak at all.

Anytime Les is not talking to the press specifically about LSU football, he is as clear as can be. I remember an appearance on ESPN after the NC game where they talked with him about other things and it was like watching a different person- he was very witty, funny, and sharp as a tack; no bumbling, stumbling for words at all. People tend to forget he has a degree in Economics from Michigan (not P.E.).
