99.9% of all covid related hospital cases are non vaccinated people.
Even if you have no problem with the virus or are willing to take a chance if getting it, getting vaccinated helps atop apread to people who don't want it. You also pay taxes that go to medicare that pays for all these really long hospitalizations for old people that get it. So there are ethical and selfish reasons to getting the whole population vaccinated.

The question becomes when does this asymptomatic testing and tracing end? What if this is a virus that is here to stay? Do the NCAA and college campuses do this forever?

I actually know several people that were 49-50 that had liong hospital stays. They have to knock you out for the whole time because ppl keep trying to rip the intubation out.
Very big hospital bills. Both men married with kids. The wives didn't get to see or talk to their husbands for over a month.
