I appreciate that she barely even addresses any of the accusations, and just doesn't let them get to her. She just lets her game talk for her.
She's been coaching for over 20 years.
She has a > 0.860 win %.
She has 5 Final Fours and 3 NCs.
You can't coach that long, and achieve those accomplishments without players willing to play for you. A LOT of players. Including a lot of minority players, and a lot of lesbian players. And that Mulkey respects the privacy of her players is evident in her few comments.
She might be a white, cis-gendered, hard arse, woman, but I'm just going to go ahead and let Coach Mulkey's record speak for itself.

She is labeled as a homophobe mostly for her relationship with griner while at Baylor. She discouraged griner from coming out as gay while at Baylor. In reality it’s because mulkey is conservative politically, and coaches at school in a conservative part of the country. And hyperbole is a way to justify your bias and extremism. For both sides of the political spectrum.
