That will be a shite show. It would surprise me if they sold all the beer by 3. When we left at 3:15 or so there was almost no one left. The parking lots were emptying out. I don’t see how all the beer was drank that quickly. This is LSU, they know how much they need to get through a game and no one was there nearly long enough for that.

I’m hating seeing the weather reports on Twitter showing this as a report

5:25 PM Update: IF these storms to our northwest hold together, it still looks like they're on track to move into Baton Rouge near or a little before 8 PM. Watching closely next couple of hours... #LSU

This only makes sense. They aren't going to move the game ready scheduled for ESPN.

I don't see how they will get it in tonight unless very late.

Now regionals had a rule of 11 pm cst at the latest is that still accurate?

The whole weather issues are going to be discssued and changed next season. Way too many folks bringing this into mainstream and it makes the ncaa look like compete idiots.

How do they keep screwing up the scheduling. We have afternoon showers in the south most afternoons this time of year. Either start on Friday so you have an extra day or start the games earlier. I would much rather night games, but earlier games would have a less chance of being delayed.

The solution is so freaking simple. Just play the games when they are scheduled. Deal with delays IF they occur.

the game should have never been scheduled at 2pm. We are all getting the night game we wanted in the first place.

i cant understand why you folks are melting so hard. are your close relatives getting married tonight too?

Why?

There was absolutely zero threat to the game at 2:00. Could have been played easily. There was no problem at all with the start time.

Totally irrational delay decisions don’t form the basis for rationally criticizing the schedule.

No.

We’re going to have mid-game delays tonight if we play at all. Which is supposedly what we wanted to avoid. The total dumbassery is what is being criticized
