Thats all hes going to say. Hes not going to come out and say our Coaching staff sucks. He never did with matt House and he won't now with Hankton and Sloan. Both need to go. Brad Davis at this points needs to go.
Only Frank Wilson and maybe Alex Atkins can stay. Just over this staff.

Well coached teams execute consistently well.
Execution is a product of coaching.

There were also instances where two players were spying the QB so the RB caught a lateral pass that went for chunk yards.
Clear lack of discipline or communication.

I am tired of Kelly and his excuses. There may be a ton of truth to what he says but is paid stupid money to teach the players correctly and make sure they do their job that they are getting paid to do. No excuses for any of them, they are all getting paid.

Lack of execution comes down to reps in practice. They’re obviously not practicing the things we’re terrible at. Even average players should’ve shown some improvement by now.
These are not average players. BK hired average coaches on offense.

I watched certain players carefully at the game, Perkins for one. Lack of execution and not knowing what you are supposed to be doing is clearly our number one problem. I think Kelly expects his players to do their homework. He does not know how to coach players who lack self discipline and accountability. We have too many players who think they are better than they really are and are getting paid like it. So they don’t put in the work to master their craft because they think they are above that. Couple that with lack of caring about being a Tiger or each other and you have what this team is.

I agree with this as well

Hell it was game 6 before he said our line play was not firing off and too upright. Sh*t any sports fan could have told him that or corrected that after game one or how about in practice or prep work. Kelly has been a huge disappointment. How did he win at Notre Dame, must have been his staff?

There is a big difference in coaching a ND player that has both self discipline and a sense of accountability to his team and what we have.

They are all deficient. It's not just players, not just coaches. Just look around the league, we are not competing at many spots.

Just a complete copout from what his job is.
The execution of any team is based on just how hard and well a team has been prepared by their coaching staff.
Execution should always be the default position....not a rare occurence,
Coaches like Saban drill, drill,, drill what a postion player is not supposed to do, but what TO DO on every single play in the their playbook.
IF there is a failure on any play, it is because the coach didn't not beat it into the brain of the player what to do and how to do it.
Saying a player or players just aren't excuting is actually admitting that he and his staff DID NOT prepare the players sufficiently or correctly or both.
That is why teams coached by the likes of Saban have great teams year in and year out.
LSU doesn't that that kind of coaching staff especially with the Oline and OC and WR. Just a stinking fact that shows up week after week and BK says the same thing week after week and appears to me to not have any idea how to change what is happening in practice to prepare the team.
Their play is directly related to the preparation that the coaches give them week after week....and it has been pitiful, even in the wins.
We can't get rid of BK soon enough imho.

This is old school thinking. College football used to be just a higher level of high school ball. Coaching up was a big part of it. Today these players are paid, like the pros. You should be able to expect the player to be physically and mentally ready and able to execute. You coach game plans for your next opponent. It is up to the players to execute on the field.

I don't think he knows how, nor do any of his assistants, or the assistants know but BK has them hogtied. If BK knew how to fix anything on offense, don't you think he would have identified the problems and fix them after 7 games? I think he is clueless

This group of football people dont seem to have a grip on what's best for victory.....

They’re gonna have to force an OC on him and tell him to leave it alone. Dunno if woody would do that or if Kelly would accept it but that’s probably the only way to salvage this thing.
