That’s not reality. Especially with the economic background many of these kids come from.
I don’t blame them for taking the most money they can get.
But the question no one wants to answer is how does LSU combat this.
It’s fine to sit here and bitch about NIL and other schools outbidding us. But with LSUs resources, what can be done? Are there any solutions?

No one should be paying. They are amatures not pro. That's why u go to college ball. Get better so u can get paid in pros

It means we don’t get them.
Personally think orgeron would have gotten waxed in NiL and not because he isn’t a good recruiter. The school has money but Aggie is another level unfortunately. People act like A&M and Texas are magically poaching too players in the state now
Not to say I’m not angry at Brian Kelly but some of these issues are actually not totally his fault

This staff lacks elite recruiters and it shows in the recruiting class

College football is a multibillion dollar industry. But the only ones not getting paid should be the players?!? Don’t be so obtuse

That’s my point. Lots of bitching about coaches not being able to recruit, but looks like NIL money is taking a lot of recruiting out of the coaches hands.
BK can go hard after the best HS players in the country, but if we can’t match the money other schools are offering, what can he do?

Money talks good players walk. Crying shame. Whoever started NIL needs his nuts stomped. It's ruined recruiting and college football. These kids aren't pros.you go to college ger education get better to get drafted. Then get paid for your talent. Our world is messed up
