Good to see KW show some power on that play. Porter taught him all he needs to know to be a successful NFL RB. In addition, KW wasn't worn out when he left LSU. Porter is now showing his coaching expertise at Memphis.

not so sure Porter deserves much credit for KW. Maybe credit for his lack of use at LSU.

Good enough to play for the Redskins but not for Les Miles

screw miles for not playing him.
I couldn't stand that when he was here.

Exaclty,
That is what pisses me off about Miles. He did not use KW because he thought Scott was better. KW was the better overall back and Scott in at FB and # 2 tailback on a consistant basis would have produced a lot better offense.

Keiland Williams has 2 touchdowns tonight. He had 2 last year.

as compared to the 2 backs who played ahead of him who are not even halfbacks?

And they both had 1000+ yard seasons as starters. I don't see what NFL success has to do with how the depth chart shook out at LSU. My point is that people anointing KW seem to forget he's behind Clinton Portis AND Ryan Torain on their roster.

Al Woods is 3rd string for an NFL team too, let's start a bunch of threads on him as well.

he's behind them because he's a rookie, it has nothing to do with his ability because he has that and it was never utilized at LSU.

Torain isn't exactly a wily ol' vet either.
Posted on 11/15/10 at 10:25 pm to ColtsTigers
but the point you are missing is that the guy is a "rookie"

And Torain was a street free agent.
