Like most of y'all know, I'm the leader of the Painted Posse, and I couldn't agree more. Every time the band picks up a cool new sound the dunces in the SS go and screw it up with profanity. It's almost as if we want the band to be limited to a 2 song set list...

90's LSU grad here and I think the behavior is trashy as well as stupid and unfunny.

It would be good if it was clean. The rhythm Tuba part sounds like crap.

I don't really give a rats rear if the SS wants to cuss up a storm. Fine. I don't really hear it when I go to games. And when I go it's always in the North EZ opposite the SS.
But I will say this.. It sucks that the band can't play Neck anymore. It is a great stadium song and I find it disheartening that the rantards on here think its just par for the course and okay that songs are being removed from the playlist. It just doesn't make sense. I mean, if you can get away with it fine, cuss away. I've yelled my fair share, but when it causes the songs to be pulled, seems like you would want to not have that happen.
I got to bring my daughter to her first game ever and she asked me when were they gonna play the song where you do your hand up and down? She's seen it on TV. Had to tell her its gone.
Like I said, I don't really care other than I am disappointed that cool parts of the Tiger Stadium experience are being banned. But I guess the students think they can out maneuver the admin.

I've been to plenty of games in other stadiums and never heard profanity as it comes from the LSU student section. It embarrasses me as it should all Tiger fans. If you wouldn't say something in front of your own mother then don't say it in front of someone else's.
And contrary to what another poster stated it IS pure white trash which is something I'd expect from a bunch of yankees from Wisconsin. We're better than them (or so I always thought) and I don't want to be like them.
